Investment to fuel the expanding global collaboration with Microsoft and brings to €8.5m total funds raised to date.
Solgari, the provider of the All-Channel Cloud Communications Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365, announced it has completed a €4m funding round with a number of private investors, Enterprise Ireland & GAN Ventures in the US, UK, and Ireland. The investment in sales, marketing, R&D resources is in response to global demand as companies rapidly shift the delivery of customer care to cloud software solutions that provide unlimited operational flexibility while offering the customer the choice of any channel they wish to use.
Solgari is the first all-channel cloud communications ISV solution that is available with zero-touch set up in Dynamics 365 or simply in any browser, delivering voice, video, chat, SMS, and social media customer channels on top of integrated contact center, compliant recording & archiving, analytics & reporting utilities. Today, the solution is used by customers in over 40 countries including recent wins in collaboration with Microsoft in the US, UK & South Africa across financial services, consumer goods, healthcare & education.
The funding news follows the elevation in 2020 of Solgari to the Premium Tier of Microsoft Business Applications ISV Connect Program as well as the Microsoft Inner Circle of Business Application Partners. Solgari is working with Microsoft sales teams and leading system integrators globally, driving monthly recurring revenues 3 times higher so far in 2020.
