HireUp recognized as most innovative talent technology company

HireUp, a leading talent technology solution provider, won the Most Innovative Talent Technology Award 2020, presented by Enterprise Ireland. This award showcases and recognizes HireUp as innovators in HR and talent recruitment technology. The winner of the award was voted on by a group of global heads of U.S. talent acquisition and human resources, and by various other senior industry professionals.

“I am so thrilled and incredibly proud of the team here at HireUp,” said Gary Berney, Head of Engagement, HireUp. “From the start of HireUp as a concept at a kitchen table, through tireless hours of development, then listening, learning and adapting from client feedback, to now achieving this recognition from leaders in the industry is pretty surreal.”

The HireUp solution empowers the modern workforce with a simple, yet powerful platform for internal mobility, employee referrals, and alumni networks. The suite of HireUp solutions work together to help companies achieve future hiring success, whether they are looking to promote internal talent or hire new talent through networking.

“Traditional referral and internal mobility programs are very manual and time-consuming for HR professionals, and provide a really poor employee experience,” Berney explained. “Our system streamlines and automates those processes, while heat mapping all interactions to help companies make quick, iterative improvements, saving costs, improving retention rates, and speeding up the hiring process.”

“There were many great companies in the running for this recognition, but we are thrilled to recognize HireUp as our winner,” said Hannah Webb, Senior Vice President of Talent Technology, Enterprise Ireland. “HireUp has shown excellent growth and business resilience in the four short years since they began and we look forward to continuing to support them as they grow, innovate and deliver new solutions to the professional talent recruitment industry.”
