Allied Automation is an industry leader in the design, development and precision engineering of custom automated equipment for the Medical Device & Life Science industries. We were founded in 1998 to serve a growing demand for industrial automation. Today, Allied employs 35 across the different department of Design, Precision Engineering, Controls, R&D, Validation/Documentation and Financial. We operate out of a modern 20,000sq ft premises located in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
We have a proven track record in developing robust solutions to the more challenging and complex production requirements and have become expert in innovating solutions to overcome these challenges.
Project types include: automated assembly & testing, process development & automation, vision inspection, catheter coiling, pouching & sealing, leak testing, process control, high speed component unscrambling, robotic integration, End-of-Arm-Tooling, High precision metrology fixtures.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
On more complex projects we reduce risk by first completing “Proof-of-Principle” analysis.

PRECISION ENGINEERING
We have our own dedicated modern precision engineering workshop utilising the very latest in Wire EDM & CNC technologies. We have full 3D machining capabilities with our 3-axis and 4-axis machine centres, which allow us to be highly responsive to our customer’s needs and can offer a quick-turnaround on parts.

Value proposition

We have a reputation for taking on projects which are technically challenging and deliver innovative robust solutions.

We have developed our own platforms and technologies such as precision linear indexers and non-welded stainless steel framework.

All aspects of a project can be completed in-house including documentation up to GAMP 5 standards. We employ a project manager who works to deliver projects on time and liaises with our customers.
