Acacia is a Facilities Management company dedicated to partnering with clients to enhance their workplace environment through high quality, people focused facilities management solutions. We operate across all business sectors and provide services for clients throughout Ireland.

Products and services

We work in partnership with our clients to develop a tailored solution to meet their business needs. We act as their experts in Property and Facilities Management. The model we use is highly flexible and one that benefits our clients. We take responsibility for all services in scope and therefore shift the risk from our client to Acacia. We have invested heavily in technology, which our clients benefit from. We provide a Total Facilities Management Solution which includes services such as Cleaning, Security Catering, Technical Services, Building Fabric Maintenance and much more. We also provide specialist services such as Health & Safety, Consultancy, Project Management and Procurement.

Acacia’s USP is our Culture. There are three key principles that have developed a culture of delivering exceptional service across our organisation:

a. We are a company that is completely customer focused. We have a “Can Do” philosophy which consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations. We measure this by identifying client retention as a key metric for our business. We have a very strong client list, many of our contracts have been renewed multiple times.

b. Employee Satisfaction. It is important to us that we attract and retain the highest quality staff in order to provide a best in class service. We focus on staff development, empowerment and recognition. We measure this through staff attrition data that is produced by our HR department on a monthly basis. With in excess of 180 employees our attrition rate is at 7.5%, which is deemed acceptable.

2. Our Model
Acacia is the largest indigenously owned Facilities Management Company operating the Managing Agent model in Ireland. We are completely supplier independent therefore we tailor our service to meet our client requirements.

3. Our Expertise
As a company we act as our clients experts in Facilities Management, not their contractor. Our employees are trained to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients, which add significant value add to their organisation.
